Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese (whipped)
- 2 tablespoons Splenda granular
- 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
- 30 frozen miniature phyllo tart shells ( Athens Brand)
How to Make

Step 1: Combine cream cheese, Splenda, coffee and vanilla in medium bowl and mix until smooth. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Step 2: Fold in Cool Whip.

Step 3: Using a spoon or a pastry bag, fill tart shells.
