Step 1: In a buttered 2-quart cassererole, alternate layers of potatoes and orange slice.
Step 2: Mix pineapple, sugar,butter, and salt.
Step 3: Pour mixture over layers.
Step 4: Sprinkle coconut on top.
Step 5: Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 30 minutes.
