Ingredients
- 2 ounces cream of coconut (Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut)
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 3 ounces rum (or gin, or vodka)
How to Make

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a blender (I use my magic bullet), along with about 6 ice cubes, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Pour into a tulip shaped glass, add a cute little umbrella, decorate with pineapple and cherry. Bottoms up!
