Step 1: Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2: Bring a large pot of water up to a bubble and par-cook the chicken for about 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Step 3: Whisk together the bourbon, preserves, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until reduced by half. Remove from heat.
Step 4: Place the wings onto a baking sheet and roast chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
