Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with the non-stick aluminum foil.
Step 3: Using a pair of kitchen shears, cut the slab of bacon into thirds.
Step 4: Wrap 1/3 of each slice of bacon around each sausage and secure with a toothpick and place on the baking sheet.
Step 5: Repeat with remaining sausages and bacon. (you can now stick these babies in the fridge until you ready to cook them).
Step 6: Sprinkle brown sugar over sausages and bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until bacon has cooked and is starting to brown.
Step 7: Serve hot.
