Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Place the shredded cheese in a food processor and pulse until granular.
Step 3: Pour cheese into a large bowl and add almond meal, flour, flaxseed, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder and salt; mix to combine.
Step 4: Add the water, olive oil and eggs and mix well.
Step 5: Pour the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and top with another sheet of parchment paper.
Step 6: Press the dough down and shape into a 14 to 15 inch round trying to maintain the same thickness throughout. (You can do this with your hands or a rolling pin).
Step 7: Carefully remove the top layer of parchment paper and place the pizza crust in the preheated oven.
Step 8: Bake for 20 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 9: Top the cooked crust with your favourite sauce, cheese and toppings and cook for another ten minutes.
Step 10: Broil for another 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese starts to bubble.
Step 11: Place on a cooling rack for a couple of minutes before slicing into the pizza.
