Step 1: In a bowl combine flour with salt and pepper. then coat the pork with the flour.
Step 2: Stir the picante sauce, brown sugar and chopped apple in a medium bowl.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 6-8 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Pour off any fat.
Step 4: Pour the picante sauce mixture over the pork. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Step 5: Serve with rice or cooked noodle.
