Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2: If desired, peel pears. Core and halve pears lengthwise. Arrange pear halves, cut sides up, in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with pineapple.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well mixed. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over fruit.
Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until pears are tender.
Step 5: Serve warm.
