Step 1: Whisk together the apple juice, maple syrup, onion, soy and garlic cloves
Step 2: Place salmon in a zip lock bag, pour in half of the marinade. (Save half for basting while cooking)
Step 3: Place in fridge for 2 - 3 hours
Step 4: Drain the salmon, discard the marinade
Step 5: Place salmon on a lightly greased oven proof tray
Step 6: Baste with saved marinade
Step 7: Place in preheated 375 oven
Step 8: Baste again after 5 minutes
Step 9: Give a final baste before serving.
Step 10: The fish is ready when it flakes easily when touched with a fork Total oven time 12-15 minutes
