Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons star anise (broken and crushed)
- 1 1/2 cups vodka
- 1/2 cup sugar syrup (1 c. sugar boiled with 1/2 cup water - discard extra)
How to Make

Step 1: Steep the broken star anise in the vodka for 2 weeks.

Step 2: Filter and add the sugar syrup. Liqueur is ready to be consumed or bottled at this point. Place a whole anise star in a clear glass bottle before adding the liqueur.
