Step 1: In a small pot, boil the water.
Step 2: Add the salt and oats then stir well.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and cover-leave this overnight.
Step 4: In the morning, bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 5: Add sugar, nuts, fruit, etc..to you liking.
