Step 1: Mix the chicken cubes, garlic, onions, celery and carrots in slow cooker; cover with lid, cook on HIGH for 4 hours
Step 2: After 4 hours of cooking time, add in peas and cream cheese spread; stir until well blended.
Step 3: Mix egg, stuffing mix and water until well blended. Drop stuffing mixture, 2 heaping tablespoonfuls at a time, onto chicken mixture in slow cooker. Cook, covered, an additional 30 min on HIGH. Turn off slow cooker. Let stand 15 min. before serving.
