Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Step 2: Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat to a simmer, simmering just until liquid is barely absorbed.
Step 3: Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Leave uncovered for 5 minutes. Fluff again before serving.
