Step 1: In a bowl, mix together the first eight ingredients.
Step 2: Stir in oil until crumbly.
Step 3: Store in covered container, in refrigerator.
Step 4: Makes a little over 2 cups of coating mix.
Step 5: For coating chicken or pork:
Step 6: Place 3/4 to 1 cup of coating mix in reseal able plastic bag.
Step 7: Place a small amount of water in a shallow bowl.
Step 8: Dip pork, chicken, or fish in water.
Step 9: For pork or chicken place in bag, shake and coat.
Step 10: In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Step 11: Cook pork or chicken for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Step 12: For fish put coating on plate, and dredge on both sides.
Step 13: In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Step 14: For fish cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or check for desired doneness.
