Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Spread over cut sides of bread. Layer with ham, bacon, pepperoni and pizza sauce; replace top.
Step 2: Wrap he loaf in a large piece of foil; place on a large baking sheet. Bake at 325F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Step 3: Cut into desired size slices.
