Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups low-fat milk (milk must be very cold)
- 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
- 1 cup frozen reduced-fat whipped topping
How to Make

Step 1: In a bowl whisk cold milk with dry pudding mix (for 2 minutes). Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2: Using a spatula, fold in coconut then whipped topping.

Step 3: Frost a cool angel food cake.
