Step 1: Cook the sausage with garlic powder in a large skillet until browned.
Step 2: Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 3: Pour drippings from skillet.
Step 4: Add oil and heat until hot but not smoking.
Step 5: And rice and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
Step 6: Add vegetables and sausage and continue to stir-fry, about 5 minutes.
Step 7: Stir in eggs and cook until well scrambled,then season.
Step 8: Sprinkle with onions.
