Step 1: In a medium size bowl,thoroughly mix together pattie ingredients and shape into four equal patties.
Step 2: Spray a non-stick skillet and cook over medium heat, until both sides are browned(drain if needed).
Step 3: In a bowl or glass measuring cup, mix together 1/2 envelope onion soup mix, and 1 1/2 cups water.
Step 4: Pour over beef patties,and bring to a slight boil.
Step 5: Reduce heat to low,cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Remove patties to a plate.
Step 7: Mix together remaining water and the 2 Tablespoons of flour.
Step 8: Turn heat up to medium,whisk into onion gravy and constantly stir until it comes to a boil then boil for 1 minute.
Step 9: If you think the gravy doesn't look brown enough,add gravy browning agent and stir well.
Step 10: Place patties back into pan and spoon gravy over patties.
