Step 1: Wipe off the ham, place in a large pot
Step 2: Cover with cold water
Step 3: Place on the stove, bring to a boil
Step 4: Turn heat down and simmer until internal temp reaches 160f, apprx 25 minutes
Step 5: Remove from water, let it rest 10 minutes
Step 6: Serve and enjoy
