Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2: Butter a 9-inch baking pan.
Step 3: In a large bowl, beat eggs for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Beat in milk and next 4 ingredients until well blended.
Step 5: Stir in rice and raisins. Pour into buttered baking pan.
Step 6: Bake 45-50 minutes or until edges are puffed and center is almost set.
Step 7: Allow to stand 20 minutes before serving.
