Step 1: Heat oil in skillet, medium high heat, add chicken cook 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked.
Step 2: Remove, keep warm
Step 3: Add onions and orange juice, bring to boil
Step 4: Simmer 3 minutes, scrape brown bits from bottom
Step 5: Make a slurry of the corn starch and water
Step 6: Whisk together the corn starch, sugar and dressing until blended.
Step 7: Pour into skillet, stir and cook for until sauce is thickened about 1 minute
Step 8: Add chicken and orange slices, cook 1 minute
Step 9: Arrange on a platter with the orange slices on top
