Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Arrange the rack in the middle position
Step 2: Grease an 11x7 inch baking dish.
Step 3: Combine the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth.
Step 4: Remove from the heat and let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
Step 5: Combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and stir with a rubber spatula until just evenly incorporated.
Step 6: Add the chocolate mixture and stir until evenly combined. Add the flour and fold in until just incorporated.
Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, push it to the edges in an even layer, and smooth the top.
Step 8: Bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 9: Two minutes before they are supposed to be done, pull brownies from the oven and sprinkle marshmallows across top.
Step 10: Return to oven for 2 minutes to soften marshmallows.
Step 11: Remove from oven and spread soft marshmallows over top of brownies. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 12: Prepare topping.
Step 13: Over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter.
Step 14: Add cereal and stir to coat.
Step 15: Drop spoonfuls of chocolate mixture over marshmallow layer, spreading as evenly as possible.
Step 16: Chill for at least 1 hour before cutting.
