Step 1: Pour oil to a cast iron,over medium and heat oil until hot but not smoking.
Step 2: Add potatoes and peppers,then sprinkle seasonings over the vegetables, cover with lid and stir occasionally until potatoes are lightly browned,and peppers are slightly softened.
Step 3: Now add diced pork and cook until pork is heated through.
Step 4: Serve as a side with your favorite style cooked eggs.
