Step 1: Spread the the chips on a large serving plate.; set aside.
Step 2: In a saucepan or in the microwave warm the chili until heated through.
Step 3: Meanwhile in another saucepan or in the microwave, heat cheese over medium-low heat until melted, stirring frequently.
Step 4: Spoon warmed chili over chips, then drizzle with melted cheese.
Step 5: Sprinkle top with onions, then tomatoes and jalapeno slices, then top with bacon.
