Step 1: Strip skin from chicken
Step 2: Pour buttermilk over chicken in container. Turn chicken pieces to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight
Step 3: Preheat oven 425 Smear 9x13 pan with oil. Set aside
Step 4: Drain buttermilk from chicken - Drain chickn on rack. Combine bread crumbs with paprika, salt, thyme and pepper. Roll chicken in bread crumbs.
Step 5: Arrange chicken in single layer in prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes. turn chicken. Bake 15-20 minutes more
