Step 1: Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Step 2: Dredge chicken in flour mixture shake off excess.
Step 3: Heat oil over heat in large skillet. Brown Chicken until lightly browned about 5 minutes each side.
Step 4: Remove from skillet. Add minced garlic and saute lightly
Step 5: Stir in Chicken broth and Sherry or vinegar
Step 6: Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with rosemary- Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or tender. thicken if wish.
