Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: In a bowl, beat eggs. Add in cooled butter, sour cream, corn and Betty Crocker corn muffin mix, stir with a spoon until mixed.
Step 3: Put everything into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Step 4: Bake 1 hour.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
