Step 1: Preheat your oven 375f
Step 2: Cut side down bake your squash for 30-45 minutes
Step 3: Mix together the balsamic dressing, brown sugar, rosemary, apple and onion
Step 4: Fill the cavities with the mixture
Step 5: Place in Baking dish, cover with foil
Step 6: Bake for a further 30 minutes
Step 7: Uncover for the last 15 minutes
