Step 1: Heat butter in a large skillet. Add in onion, cook until light brown, 3-4 minutes.
Step 2: Blend in Flour.
Step 3: Add vinegar, brown sugar, chopped apples and cabbage. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the cabbage and apples are tender.
Step 4: Add salt and pepper.
