Step 1: Mix together the oil, molasses, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
Step 2: Rub this paste evenly over both sides of chops.
Step 3: Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 4: Grill the chops over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness of chops.
