Step 1: In a large skillet cook the beef until light browned. Add in onion and next 4 ingredients. Cook a couple minutes or until softened.
Step 2: Add wine, beef stock and tomato sauce and parsley. Bring to a simmer stirring.
Step 3: Turn heat to low and let simmer (part covered) for about 2 hours, stirring once in a while and seasoning with salt and pepper halfway through cooking time and again at the end.
Step 4: Serve the Bolognese sauce on top of cooked spaghetti, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
