Step 1: On a lightly oiled skillet brown the hamburger, separat the meat so there are no lumps, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add onion and garlic to the pan, continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring often
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients, stir well
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper
Step 5: Cover and continue simmering the sauce for a further 10 minutes
Step 6: Serve over your favorite pasta
