Step 1: Dressing ... Add everything to a blender; but, only add a pinch of salt and pepper - then, pulse until smooth. Taste, and re-season if necessary with additional salt and pepper. Once the dressing is smooth; transfer to a small tupperware container or mason jar, and refrigerate until ready to use. Will keep 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
Step 2: Serve and ENJOY! ... Great over salads of course; but, also good over - grilled chicken, vegetables, or seafood. It is absolutely DELICIOUS!
