Step 1: Heat the butter in a large skillet, add garlic..Saute the garlic until it just begins to turn light brown.
Step 2: Have the butter sizzling, add cheeks.
Step 3: Season with salt & pepper and cajun spice..Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Do not overcook they just need to be heated through.
