Step 1: Pre-heat non-stick pan over medium high heat.
Step 2: Place chops in pan.
Step 3: Sear 4 mins per side.
Step 4: Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup barbeque sauce over chops.
Step 5: Cook chops in sauce until you have a total reduction of the sauce-approx. 2-3 mins per side. All sauce should be on the chops.
Step 6: Serve.
Step 7: Note: If increasing number of chops, you likely will not need more sauce. I use Scott's hot BBQ sauce, but I suspect it's a local thing. Add more heat if you desire.
