Step 1: Brown the ground beef in a skillet (8-10 minutes) Drain, add the taco seasoning packet and water, cook stirring according to the packet directions. Keep warm until ready to serve.
Step 2: TO ASSEMBLE: Coarsely crush some Doritos on bottom a large serving bowl or plate (a few handfuls will do). Then the lettuce on top, then warm (not hot) taco meat, red beans, green onions, tomatoes, salad dressing, cheddar cheese, sour cream, olives then chopped avocado cubes.
Step 3: Serve!
