Teriyaki Grilling Glaze for Chicken, Fish, and Steak

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon wine (dry white wine or rice wine)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar (or ordinary brown sugar)
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
How to Make

Step 1: Whisk together ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2: Reduce heat and stir until mixture thickens and can coat the back of a spoon; allow to cool before using.

Step 3: Brush on meats a few minutes before they get done to allow the glaze to stick and set.
