Step 1: In a medium container with lid or a zip lock bag combine the shallot,redwine vinegar, orange juice and olive oil
Step 2: In a bowl mix together the prepared kale, orange segments, nuts and feta cheese
Step 3: Season with salt and pepper
Step 4: Add the vinaigrette, use only as much as you need.
Step 5: Serve
