Step 1: Beat sugar and eggs.
Step 2: Add salt and mix.
Step 3: Add flour and milk alternatively-mix until smooth and without any lumps.
Step 4: Mix in vanilla.
Step 5: Heat a crepe pan over medium-high.
Step 6: When the pan is hot enough, rub butter all over the pan and pour a THIN layer of batter- tilt the pan so that the batter covers the bottom.
Step 7: Cook until lightly browned on one side, then flip and cook lightly on the other side.
Step 8: Serve with maple syrup or jam.
