Step 1: Place all ingredients in sauce pan except the onion and garlic.
Step 2: Put onion and garlic in a blender and liquefy.
Step 3: Mix with the other ingredients in the sauce pan.
Step 4: Heat until boiling over low heat, let simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Good on all meats.
