Step 1: Vinaigrette/Dressing ... Add everything to a small bowl and whisk to combine. I love the tangy flavor of the mustard, but, this can easily be made without the mustard.
Step 2: Also, if you like a smooth consistency, you can puree in a blender or small food processor until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Letting it set a few hours, only makes it better; but, not necessary.
Step 3: Serve and ENJOY! ... Use on your favorite salads or Mexican recipes.
