Step 1: Mix ingredients for burgers together; using wet hands, shape into six patties and chill.
Step 2: Stir together ingredients for basil mayo and keep cold.
Step 3: Grill burger patties over open fire or in skillet until cooked to your liking.
Step 4: Serve patties on a toasted burger roll with lettuce, tomato, banana pepper, provolone cheese, and basil mayo.
