Step 1: Combine ground beans with the water.
Step 2: Let steep on counter or in fridge for at least 12 hours.
Step 3: Strain - Line a mesh strainer with cheese cloth or flour sack cloth, strain into a jar or bowl.
Step 4: Pour over ice and dilute with milk or water to taste.
Step 5: Can store in fridge for up to a week (if it lasts that long).
