  • 1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 32 ounces ham, cubed (4 cups)
  • Sauce
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make 3 layers of ham, bread, cheese and butter in a 9x13 pan.

  • Step 2: In large bowl, beat eggs and add milk, Tabasco sauce, flour and mustard.

  • Step 3: Season to taste.

  • Step 4: Pour over layers.

  • Step 5: Let set overnight in refrigerator covered.

  • Step 6: Bake 350 degrees F oven 1 hour.
