  • Step 1: Soak lentils in water in stock pot 40 minutes

  • Step 2: Then bring to a boil and simmer

  • Step 6: Add paprika

  • Step 7: Add to lentils

  • Step 8: Along with spices

  • Step 9: Simmer until done
