Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey or molasses
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup beer

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large saucepan combine all ingredients

  • Step 2: Heat for 10 minutes to thicken

  • Step 3: *To use as a Marinade: Do not thicken sauce before marinading. Place meat in bowl with sauce and let stand in fridge for 2 hours, or overnight. Remove meat from marinade and grill as usual. While meat is cooking, heat remaining sauce for 10 minutes to thicken and use to baste cooking meat.
