  • 1/4 cup butter (for can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sift the dry ingredients.

  • Step 2: Mix the wet ingredients. Add to dry.

  • Step 3: Fold in plums.

  • Step 4: Heavily butter the coffee cans.

  • Step 5: Fill 2/3 full with batter.

  • Step 6: Put tinfoil on top.

  • Step 7: Put in water bath 2/3 up can.

  • Step 8: Cover pan with foil

  • Step 9: Put in 350 degree oven for 3 hours, checking to make sure water does not run dry.
