Step 1: Peel and grate potatoes.
Step 2: Bring beef broth to a boil. Add grated potatoes and finely chopped sorrel. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Step 3: Add the flour to the milk. Pour into the soup.
Step 4: Season to taste.
Step 5: Add butter then beaten eggs in a stream.
Step 6: Serve over sliced hard boiled eggs.
