Sam Choy's SPAM© Loco Moco
"This recipe was in a Spam cookbook that I received this past Christmas. As a lot of people know,Spam is very popular in Hawaii. According to the cookbook that I found this in,Sam Choy is Hawaii's " Culinary Ambassador ". It's served at three of his restaurants. There wasn't any oil or butter to cook the onions and Spam in,so I used 1 1/2 tablespoons of margarine. If you like you can use more than one fried egg per serving. Also there weren't any times given for prepping and cooking,so those were just "guessed " at.
