Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whisk together first seven ingredients and set aside.

Step 2

Sprinkle garlic salt over meat and mix well.

Step 3

Drizzle just enough vegetable oil to coat bottom of skillet.

Step 4

Bring to high heat and brown the meat.

Step 5

Drain whatever fat from skillet and add the orange ginger mixture to meat.

Step 6

Add snow peas.

Step 7

Lower heat and simmer until cooked through.

Step 8

Serve with white rice or by itself.

Orange, ginger, garlic and honey. add the beef - what's not to love! Made for a wonderful evening meal, one that will be seeing to repeats at our house. Perfect for us as posted. Great taste looks lovely plated, a company quality meal! Can't wait to serve this one to family and friends.
